Meet the Founder
I started Summityield Partners because I kept seeing the same thing: well-run agricultural businesses losing margin in purchasing, with no one assigned to go get it back.
I’ve spent more than a decade inside those operations, in equipment manufacturing, large-scale orchards, packaging procurement and food processing. I’ve negotiated the contracts, built the approval workflows and run the vendor scorecards myself.
That’s the difference in how I work. I don’t hand you a report and leave. I work alongside your team, document every dollar of savings, and leave behind a program your people can run and track with KPIs.
